Q: Does this plugin work on a Mac?
A: Yes.

Q: Does this plugin work on a PC?
A: Yes.

Q: I get told that the plugin can't connect to smtp.google.com. Why?
A: The plugin needs to connect to Google's SMTP server to send emails. If you're behind a firewall then this may not be possible. Please contact your netword adminstrator to solve the issue.

Q: When typing in contact names only some of my contacts appear in the list - what's up?
A: The contacts needs to be in your "My Contacts" group. Contacts that are in the "All Contacts" group but are not in "My Contacts" are not included.

Q: How can I change my display name as it's presented to the recipient?
A: In the "Address to send from" field, you may enter something such as "Micky M. Mouse <micky.mouse@gmail.com>".
